Hello to all! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Michigan, but with licenses in California, Texas, Michigan, Idaho, Delaware, and Montana. I received my Masters from Wayne State University and have been practicing for 20+ years.

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma related to relationship or family issues. During our initial sessions, we will focus on goals that are measurable, achievable, positive, and specific to your situation. We will focus on identifying common thinking issues and ultimately working towards adaptive thinking strategies.

My goal is to help you find out that your life, your situation, does not leave you with only one choice that leads to anger, heartache, dissatisfaction, misery, or frustration... but that you have choices. Life Freedom is a possible choice for you.

You can expect our sessions to be: flexible, based on your needs; progressive/productive over time, not stagnant; meaningful and impactful. Therapy sessions will not include simply unloading your feelings, but understanding how your thoughts drive your beliefs and continual weekly objectives to move you towards your desired areas of improvement.
