Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, identity exploration, relationship challenges, family concerns, stress, and life transitions. I also support clients working through bipolar disorder, chronic conditions, and cultural or ethnic identity-related experiences. I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and empowered to show up as their full selves.

My style is open-minded, creative, and collaborative. I have a special interest in supporting LGBTQ+ clients including those exploring identity and transgender-related experiences, and I aim to meet each person with warmth, curiosity, and compassion. I earned my degree from The University of Oklahoma, and my work is grounded in helping clients better understand themselves, strengthen coping tools, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Attachment-Based Therapy, Positive Psychology, and trauma-informed work. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, giving clients space to process their experiences while also building tools they can use in everyday life.

I work collaboratively with clients to better understand patterns, explore emotions, and identify strengths that can support healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we’ll begin getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to get out of our work together. I’ll also ask questions about your background, current stressors, and any relevant personal or relationship history so I can better understand your needs.

The first session is also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and ask any questions you may have. My goal is to help you leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer on the next steps for our work together.
