Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in virtual therapy for young adult women experiencing anxiety, depression, and periods of transition. Many of my clients are navigating pivotal moments—college, early career decisions, identity shifts, or uncertainty about what’s next—and feel pressure to have everything figured out.

I help clients make sense of their emotional experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence in their decisions and sense of self.

I provide fully virtual therapy and am licensed in South Carolina, Florida, Maryland, and Connecticut. I work with clients who are ready to engage in meaningful personal growth and create sustainable change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. Together, we focus on understanding what’s driving your stress, building emotional resilience, and creating realistic steps toward a life that feels more aligned and grounded.

Clients often describe our work as supportive, validating, and empowering—without pressure or judgment.

What you can expect from me

Many of my clients begin therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck. Over time, they often experience:

  • Greater clarity about goals and identity
