Great to meet you!

Pursuing therapy is an exciting step toward building the life you want. By working together, we can get to a different place than we can achieve on our own. Whether this is your first experience or you are continuing a long-term engagement with therapy, I am excited to join you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about providing therapy to all people, especially fellow military veterans. I provide high-quality treatment without judgment, doubt, or misinformation. I pride myself on working with clients to establish a collaborative relationship based on each person's ability to make choices and manage their own life.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work (BCD). I believe everyone has a unique path towards inner peace that demands an equally unique therapeutic perspective. I blend various techniques to tailor my approach to treatment for each individual. Life is full of challenges; I would love to help you on your journey.
