Great to meet you!

I have been in practice for over 41 years in a variety of settings. I am empathetic, supportive, and empower the client to gain skills and practices helpful to manage the challenges that take place in every day life. I am eclectic in my approach, matching what strategies will work best for the client and what they bring to the table.

My approach to therapy

My approach is to help the client first assess what is working and what is not working in their life. I then work with them to put what is most problematic for them in the present moment. Moving forward I build a treatment

strategy with them. I teach helpful practices and suggest individualized coping skills to meet the challenges clients face.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a friendly atmosphere of acceptance and compassion, come to a greater sense of knowing themselves, strategies to use in their life challenges, practices for help in every day life, and specific focus to problem areas, or changing old patterns to a new way of being and living life in a peaceful state, even in the midst of a chaotic world.
