Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, be fully seen, and maybe even laugh a little along the way. I’m warm, down-to-earth, and deeply committed to creating a space where you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are—no filters required.

At the same time, I’m not just here to nod along. I believe growth happens when compassion and honesty meet, so I’m not afraid to gently challenge you, ask the hard questions, and help you look at things from new angles. We’ll move at your pace—but we won’t stay stuck.

I believe in “holding space” in the truest sense: offering presence without judgment, curiosity without pressure, and support without assumptions. Because the truth is, therapy is not one-size-fits-all. You are unique, your story is unique, and the way we work together will be too. I tailor my approach to you—your needs, your goals, and what actually feels helpful.

Whether you’re navigating something heavy or just feeling a little off, we’ll figure it out together.

I am licensed in both Massachusetts and Maine.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, compassion, and a genuinely non-judgmental space where you can show up as you are. I see therapy as a collaborative process—we work together to explore your experiences, build insight, and create meaningful change. I aim to empower you by helping you reconnect with your strengths, trust your voice, and move toward the life you want, at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our relationship starts with me getting to know you—your story, your strengths, your challenges, and what matters most to you. From there, we focus on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship, because meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. I bring warmth, compassion, and a non-judgmental presence into each session, while also working collaboratively with you to tailor our approach to your unique needs. I’ll empower you to tap into your strengths and, when helpful, gently challenge you to explore new perspectives and patterns. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right, with the goal of creating lasting, meaningful growth.
