Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I am a client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and major life transitions. A central focus of my work is helping clients reconnect with themselves and learn to prioritize self-care, build self-awareness, and create sustainable space for their needs.

I received my training in social work from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and I have experience working with individuals facing a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life adjustments. I tailor treatment to each client, with an emphasis on building coping skills, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), which helps us understand how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be contributing to distress and develop practical strategies that support both emotional well-being and healthier daily habits.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you not only manage symptoms but also learn to care for yourself in ways that promote balance, clarity, and long-term growth.
