Great to meet you!

I am so happy you are here and understand how hard making this first step can be!

I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with training in evidence-based therapy for children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety and depression. I work with many clients who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel helpful. My background allows me to support concerns like chronic stress, low mood, and persistent worry that can affect daily life and relationships. My goal is to provide thoughtful, supportive care that helps you feel more grounded, understood, and confident moving forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, client-centered, and strengths-based, using CBT to help you understand what’s driving your anxiety or low mood while building practical tools that make daily life feel more manageable. Therapy with me is collaborative and judgment-free, and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and making sure you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and any questions or concerns you may have. I strive to create a calm, welcoming space where you can be open and honest without pressure. I also offer free phone consultations so we can discuss your needs and ensure we’re a good fit before moving forward.
