I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked in social welfare for over 15 years. I completed my undergraduate degree at Grand Valley State University, majoring in Psychology. I graduated from Capella University with a Master’s in Social Work. I specialize in trauma, adult ADHD, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, and women’s issues. I am glad you are here!

I use a variety of treatments and work to tailor your treatment to your needs. I apply a strengths-based, trauma-informed perspective. I feel you are the expert in your life and should be included in every step of your treatment and healing. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, family conflict, PTSD, and more.
