I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience in helping my clients in their areas of self-development and growth.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in psychology and minor in sociology from Ithaca College. I received my Master of Science degree from Syracuse University specializing in vocational education counseling and Master of Science degree from State University of New York at Buffalo in Clinical social work specializing in medical and mental health.

My areas of expertise are marital/relationship counseling, work/life balance, stress management, anxiety and depression, anger management.

My therapy approach is eclectic and holistic with focus on each of my client's individual and unique needs.
