Great to meet you!
Hi, I'm Maggie. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 21 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life's challenges, transitions, and unexpected changes. I believe that meaningful change begins when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood, and I work hard to create that space in every session. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting women through the significant stages of life: entering adulthood and developing identity, motherhood and changing family roles, caring for aging or ill loved ones, and retirement. I understand that these periods can bring both opportunity and loss, and that it is not always easy to find space for yourself while carrying so much for others. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to feel different, I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space to slow down, gain perspective, and reconnect with what matters most.
