Great to meet you!

From a young age I have always been inquisitive and took to psychology as a teen thus paving the road for my career in the field. I attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma where I received both a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Psychological Services.

My approach to therapy

Through a holistic approach I focus on all aspects of what makes you, YOU! Given my inquisitive mind, I often find myself using shadow work to help clients better understand hidden parts of their personality that may be hindering them from achieving their goals and causing struggles with reaching contentment within their lives.

What you can expect from me

My emphasis on identifying the "why" will assist you with better understanding yourself, your experiences, and your interpersonal relationships with others. This can lead you to a more peaceful and awakened life journey!
