Great to meet you!

My path to becoming a mental health provider began with a passion for helping others and an interest in psychology. I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and volunteered at a mental health clinic, which inspired me to pursue this career. I then completed a master's in counseling, focusing on trauma and anxiety. My dedication to understanding diverse communities, especially the LGBTQIA2 community, grew through workshops and volunteer work. Now, I use my education and experiences to support clients on their journeys to healing.

My approach to therapy

I employ a variety of approaches, including CBT and EMDR, which she tailors to meet the individual needs of each client. As an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community, I foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels safe, valued, and supported on their journey toward wellness.

What you can expect from me
