Great to meet you!

My name is Margaret and I am glad that you are here! As a therapist, I believe that every person matters — and that hope and change are always possible. I hold licenses as a Clinical Social Worker and a Clinical Addiction Specialist. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, and life challenges.

My approach to therapy

.With over seven years of experience, I offer a compassionate, person-centered approach to therapy. I primarily draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and a person-centered framework, tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can process difficult emotions, explore challenges, and build coping skills that empower you to move forward. The first session will allow me to introduce myself and get to know a little about what is bringing you to therapy and your desired outcomes.
