Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support is a meaningful step, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space for you to begin your journey.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in trauma-informed care, leadership in human services, and program development. I earned my Master of Public Administration and Master of Social Work, and I have years of experience in child welfare, residential treatment, community mental health, and military-focused therapy, where I’ve been privileged to serve veterans and their families.

In my practice, I specialize in:

  • Military & Veteran Support – therapy focused on reintegration, combat-related trauma, PTSD, and the unique stressors of military service.
  • Anxiety and Depression – helping clients build coping strategies and resilience.
  • Trauma Recovery & PTSD – for both military and civilian populations.
  • Couples and Family Therapy – with a special focus on challenges faced by military families.
  • Life Transitions & Stress Management – providing tools to navigate change with confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. I draw from trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, and strengths-based methods, always tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. Therapy with me is about partnership: you bring your experiences and strengths, and together we’ll create a plan that helps you move forward with clarity and hope.

Whether you’re a veteran working through the impacts of service, a family seeking stronger connections, or someone navigating stress and change, I am committed to walking alongside you in that process.

What you can expect from me

When we begin working together, you can expect a space that is supportive, judgment-free, and centered on your goals. I take a collaborative approach, which means we’ll work as a team—your voice and experiences will always guide the process.

My style is gentle but practical. I listen closely, help you explore what feels overwhelming, and offer tools that fit your life so progress feels both meaningful and doable. I use a trauma-informed lens, drawing from approaches like cognitive-behavioral strategies, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy, but always tailored to what resonates most with you.

I believe in moving at your pace. Some sessions may focus on coping skills and immediate relief, while others may dig deeper into patterns, relationships, or past experiences that shape the present. Above all, I want you to feel safe, respected, and encouraged as you take steps toward healing and growth.
