Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy takes a lot of courage, and I’m glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in school counseling, which has deeply shaped my belief that every person—no matter their age—has the innate capacity to grow and thrive.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices like CBT, Jungian Theory and Mindfulness. I specialize in supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, academic stress and beyond. In our sessions, you can expect a space that is compassionate, non-judgmental, and focused on helping you build practical tools to feel more like yourself again.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy cooking, reading and being outside, which helps me stay grounded and balanced. I look forward to the possibility of working together.

What you can expect from me

I view the first session as a foundation-building conversation. It is a space for us to get to know each other, ensure we are a good fit, and begin mapping out the path forward.

During our time together, you can expect:

A Welcoming Environment: We’ll start with the 'housekeeping' (paperwork and policies) to ensure we’re both on the same page, but the bulk of our time will be dedicated to hearing your story at a pace that feels comfortable to you.

Collaborative Goal Setting: We won't just dive into 'fixing' things. Instead, we’ll explore what brought you in, what you hope to achieve, and how we can work together to help you reach those milestones.

A Judgment-Free Space: Whether you have a clear idea of what you want to change or you’re feeling a bit lost and just need a place to process, my role is to provide support, validation, and practical tools tailored to your specific needs.

By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and a little more clear on how we can work together toward the life you want.
