Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling unsettled, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your sense of peace, therapy can offer the support you need, and I’m here to walk alongside you. Often called a “therapist’s therapist,” I bring a calm, steady presence and a deeply compassionate approach to help you return to clarity, balance, and purpose.

If you’re ready to begin this process, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can create the space for you to step into the fullest, most grounded version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe life is too meaningful to move through it feeling less than your best. My role is to meet you exactly where you are, honor what’s most important to you, and help you build on your strengths through practical coping tools and meaningful healing.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a calm, supportive environment. We’ll take things at your pace. I’ll invite you to share what’s been weighing on you, what brings you to therapy, and what you’re hoping to change or understand better. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, just come as you are.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to help me understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we’ll begin to identify what feels most important for you right now and discuss what therapy could look like moving forward. You’ll also have space to ask questions, express any concerns, and decide whether you feel comfortable with our fit.

My goal for the first session is simple: to help you feel heard, grounded, and supported as we begin building a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and meaningful.
