I approach therapy as both a faith‐guided calling and a practical, evidence‐based partnership in healing. I believe each person is created with inherent worth, and I strive to reflect God’s love through the way I listen, support, and walk alongside others. In my work, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact, while also honoring the spiritual beliefs that shape their lives.
