Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Mari Hall a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina. I believe prioritizing your mental health is a key to being an overall healthy person. I appreciate you trusting me to partner with you in this journey. I have over 5 years of experience as a therapist, and almost 10 years as Social Worker specializing in trauma and crisis intervention and management.

My approach to therapy

I believe we are partners in your therapeutic journey. It requires effort and dedication from the both of us. I work to create a warm and safe environment for you to be vulnerable. We can go from crying to laughing all in one session because life requires laughter. I focus on relational therapy, depression, anxiety, relationships, daily stressors, parenting, and trauma. Specializing in childhood trauma and attachment issues.

What you can expect from me

All sessions start with an introductory session, where we both introduce ourselves. You explained your reason for attending therapy and what you hope to achieve by working with me. We develop goals and develop a treatment plan.
