During times of transition, and emotional distress, therapy can help with symptom reduction, and help improve our daily functioning and relationships. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Hawaii with over fifteen years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, parents, as well as individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, trauma, parenting and relationship issues. In my practice, you can expect a collaborative, compassionate, and supportive environment. I am culturally attuned, neurodiversity affirming, and a trauma informed care provider.
