Great to meet you!

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in military couples, families, and trauma, while also serving individuals, couples, and families from the broader community. I work with active-duty service members, veterans, and civilians who may be feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that are difficult to change. Whether you’re navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, relationship conflict, life transitions, or emotional distress, you don’t have to go through it alone. I help clients better understand themselves and their relationships, identify patterns that keep them stuck, and develop new ways of connecting that foster safety, trust, and emotional closeness. Therapy is a space where your experiences are honored, your voice is valued, and your strengths are built upon. My goal is to meet you where you are, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you in creating meaningful, lasting change—whether that means healing from trauma, strengthening your relationships, or finding a greater sense of balance and well-being in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma informed. I help clients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, strengthen emotional connection, develop healthier ways of coping, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make your first session feel comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free. During our initial meeting, we will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brings you to therapy, exploring your goals, and identifying the challenges you would like to address. You can expect a warm, collaborative approach where you are encouraged to share at your own pace. Together, we will begin creating a plan tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and experiences so you can feel confident and supported as you take the next steps toward healing and growth.
