Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about helping people feel understood, supported, and equipped to create meaningful change in their lives. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and challenges with anger or emotional regulation.

I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgement. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking to better understand yourself, we'll work together at a pace that feels right for you. I value authenticity, collaboration, and building a strong therapeutic relationship, because real change happens when you feel safe and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, goal-oriented, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I tailor each session to meet your unique needs, drawing from approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and skills-based interventions to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a foundation for our work together. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of the process.

I'll ask some questions to better understand your background, current challenges, and any goals you may have, but there's no pressure to share everything all at once. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for whether I'm the right fit for you.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to have a clearer sense of direction and next steps, as well as an idea of how we'll work together moving forward.
