Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with high-performing women who struggle with self-doubt, self-criticism, and difficulty asserting their needs. Many of my clients appear capable and successful on the outside, but internally feel anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. My work focuses on healing relational wounds, strengthening boundaries, and helping women develop greater self-trust, confidence, and emotional clarity.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and depth-oriented. I tailor therapy to each client’s emotional needs, values, and goals, drawing from evidence-based and insight-driven approaches. While sessions are supportive and attuned, the work is also intentional and focused on helping clients understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a thoughtful, collaborative conversation focused on understanding their concerns, patterns, and goals. I offer a balance of insight, reflection, and practical tools to help clients begin shifting coping patterns that no longer serve them. The first session also helps us determine whether this work is the right fit moving forward.
