Practice focuses: OCD/Perfectionism/PTSD/Neurodiverse/Gifted Learners/Phobias. Treatment of symptoms such as intrusive obsessive thinking, compulsive mental and/or behavioral rituals, phobias, executive functioning deficits, sensory overload, etc. I DO NOT TREAT RELATIONSHIP OR PARTNER FOCUSED OCD. However, I do treat the other forms of OCD.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My theoretical orientation includes specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Habit Reversal Training (HRT) and Comprehensive Behavioral Treatment (ComB) for Excoriation Disorder and Trichotillomania. Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), EMDR and Flash Technique for trauma.
