Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are outwardly capable and inwardly exhausted—people who have spent much of their lives being the one who holds everything together, and who are beginning to recognize that the weight they carry may not be entirely their own. My work focuses on helping clients better understand the emotional patterns, expectations, and survival strategies that have shaped their lives and relationships over time.

I have a particular focus on complex and intergenerational trauma, cultural identity, and the relational dynamics that form early and often remain deeply ingrained. I strive to create a space that is reflective, compassionate, and culturally attuned, where clients can explore their experiences without judgment while building greater clarity, self-understanding, and emotional freedom.

I offer sessions in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Sindhi, and I bring cultural humility into every aspect of my work, recognizing the importance of honoring each client’s background, identity, and lived experience throughout the healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, depth-oriented, and relational. I believe healing happens through understanding not only what you’ve experienced, but also how those experiences continue to live within your emotions, body, relationships, and sense of self. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to explore those deeper layers with support and care.

I use EMDR, Art Therapy, and Anchored Relational Therapy to help access and process experiences that words alone sometimes cannot fully reach. Together, we work at the roots of pain and patterns rather than only addressing surface-level symptoms. I believe there is no single path to healing, and our work will be collaborative, intentional, and tailored to your unique needs, pace, and experiences.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an assessment. You don’t need to have your story organized or know exactly what you need before coming in. My goal is to create a space where you can simply show up as you are, without pressure to explain everything perfectly or go deeper than feels comfortable.

We’ll spend time getting to know each other, and I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand what’s bringing you here and what support might feel most helpful. There’s no expectation to share everything right away—the pace is always yours. My hope is that you leave the session feeling safe, heard, and more grounded in the possibility of healing and support.
