Great to meet you!

No matter how long you have struggled, or how stuck you feel, you CAN heal and grow...I believe that; and I will help you believe that, as we work together. I work with people of all ages who struggle with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and interpersonal issues. You will be in a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental space with me, as we do healing and transformative work, and I would be honored to help empower you to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic, integrative, client-centered approach, which means I use evidence-based modalities for your unique needs. As your therapist, I help you gain insight, coping strategies, develop healthy relationship dynamics, find and take hold of your inner strength to move forward from stuck places, and move toward the life you have been wanting. Together, we will uncover your strengths and build upon them.

What you can expect from me

Just know there is hope, and I’m here to help see you through your challenges! I will meet you where you are at to set realistic, achievable goals, and as you move forward, we will set new goals as they are met, or new challenges arise, to get you to where you feel positive shifts and progress within yourself and with your life around you.
