Great to meet you!

I have 6 years' experience supporting clients who are navigating serious illness, loss, grief, and uncertainty. I am licensed in NC and CO, and I am a registered out-of-state telehealth provider in FL.

My areas of focus include supporting caregivers of medically complex children, people grieving the loss of a beloved person or pet, members of the LGBTQIA community, late diagnosed Autistic/ADHD/AuDHD folks, and people navigating significant life transitions.

My approach to therapy

Clients often tell me that our sessions feel almost like conversations with a friend, but that they allow new opportunities for honesty and growth. My approach draws from various therapeutic modalities; while I may seek to dig deeper into certain topics or share specific interventions that could best suit your needs, my ultimate goal is to utilize sessions in the ways that feel most meaningful for you. I trust you as the expert of your own life, and our work together will reflect that.

What you can expect from me

The courage it takes to start working with a new therapist is not lost on me. Together, we can untangle the emotions and patterns that keep you feeling stuck. We will go at your pace and welcome the growth, laughter, tears, and complexity we find throughout our journey. My hope is that you walk away feeling seen, heard, and known.
