Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with children, families and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma and identity exploration. My focus on sessions is practical, real and tailored to each person. Sessions often involve exploring patterns, trying out strategies that actually fit your life and reflecting on what's working and what is not. With children, adults and families, I focus on building connection, understanding experiences and creating small changes that feel meaningful day-to-day. My goal is to make therapy feel like a partnership, not a checklist.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on creating a supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and goals. I value building a strong therapeutic relationship and work with clients to develop practice tools that support lasting change. My practice is informed by varying evidenced based approaches including techniques drawn from CBT, DBT and motivational interviewing. I am also trained in Child and Parent Psychotherapy and enjoy supporting young children and their caregivers in strengthening attachment, processing difficult experiences and building healthy connections.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will check in and talk about what brought you here! I like to hear about your goals, what's motivating you to try therapy and what you hope to get out of our work together. We will start building a partnership and figure out what strategies might actually fit into your life. Mostly, it's a chance to get to know each other and start exploring what is most meaningful for you in therapy.
