Great to meet you!

My approach is grounded in safety, trust, choice and openness—where you feel understood, respected, and supported. We’ll work together to clarify your goals and better understand the patterns, stressors, or past experiences that may be keeping you stuck. Many of my clients identify as nuero-divergent and have experienced a lack of emotional attunement in both childhood and adulthood.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership—you are the expert on your life, and I bring clinical support to help guide the process. I have experience in treating PTSD, EDO, ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, and Depression. My work integrates trauma informed modalities like EMDR. For couples, I incorporate attachment-focused and skills-based strategies for growth and connection.

What you can expect from me

Investing in your mental health is one of the most impactful decisions you can make for your overall well-being and your relationships. Therapy can be a place not just for healing, but for growth, clarity, and deeper connection. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, my labradoodle, and relaxing through hiking, rock climbing, and pickleball.
