Great to meet you!

I have worked in IOP settings, private practice, group practices, and Sheppard Pratt. I have seen an array of mental health struggles and enjoy helping those I see. I have worked with children, teens, and adults. I enjoy working with different populations to improve my skills and knowledge.

I got my Master's at University of Baltimore. I double majored in Psychology and Ancient Studies at UMBC. And I am a certified grief counselor.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe therapy is not one size fits all. Let me tailor therapy so that it works for you!

What you can expect from our first session

My job is not to walk in front of you and drag you along the way. My job is not to follow behind you either. I am going to walk side by side with you and meet you where you are to help you navigate life.
