Great to meet you!

You might feel like you're holding it all together on the outside, but inside it’s chaos, anxiety buzzing, old wounds flaring, maybe a part of you that’s constantly bracing for something to go wrong. I work with folks who are tired of white knuckling their way through life, especially those healing from trauma, living with a loud inner critic, or navigating the world as a chronic overthinker. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and a nervous system-informed approach to help you reconnect with your body, untangle emotional knots, and build real inner safety. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you, it’s about helping you reclaim the parts of you that never got to fully breathe.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, body-based, and deeply attuned, I help you connect with the parts of you that feel stuck, shut down, or too much, so you can finally breathe, feel, and move forward. Whether you're navigating trauma, burnout, or the overwhelm of an overthinking brain, I offer a space where all of you is welcome and none of you is “too much.”

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling more grounded, connected to yourself, and clear on what’s actually going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll build an internal environment of safety and self-trust, so you can stop surviving and start living on your own terms.
