Great to meet you!

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 14 years of experience in psychiatric nursing, I bring a wealth of clinical knowledge and compassionate, individualized care to every encounter. With this experience, I’m able to work effectively with individuals and their families to develop treatment modalities that create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those living with mental health challenges. I believe healing happens when we feel connected and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is holistic, collaborative, and rooted in respect for each individual’s unique experience. I take the time to listen closely, understand your goals, and together, we will tailor care to fit your needs; not just your symptoms to find the right balance of treatment, whether that includes medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination. I treat a wide variety of psychiatric conditions in children, adolescents, adults, and Seniors.

What you can expect from me

Each client’s goals and needs are unique, shaped by their individual experiences and conditions. That’s why I prioritize personalized care and open communication, whether through in-person or virtual appointments. Creating a space that feels safe and accessible is essential to beginning your journey of wellness with confidence and support. I see patients across the lifespan managing mood disorders, anxiety, Panic disorders, trauma, ADD/ADHD, Eating disorders, OCD, Sleep disorders, Family issues, Stress management, Anger management, End-of-life care, Maternal mental health, Relationship issues, Substance use, and addictive disorders.
