Great to meet you!

Greetings! So glad you've found your way here! I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly a decade of experience, including work in hospital settings and with families affected by cancer, where I facilitated both support and bereavement groups. In my current practice, I provide psychotherapy for adults (18+) navigating depression, anxiety, chronic health challenges, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and issues related to self-worth and self-compassion.

I believe in the deep connection between physical and mental well-being, and I value a holistic approach to therapy. It’s an honor to support individuals in their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery—and I genuinely look forward to connecting with you!

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my approach to therapy is values exploration—a powerful tool that helps illuminate strengths and can be seamlessly integrated into many evidence-based treatments. I believe that one of the most important elements of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, and I place great emphasis on building trust, connection, and rapport as a foundation for meaningful work together.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, tailoring my approach to each individual’s needs. My work often draws from an integration of evidence-supported methods, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to be met with warmth, genuine curiosity, and a commitment to understanding you as a whole person. We’ll begin with a thorough intake to ensure your goals for therapy are clearly understood and reflected in your treatment plan. While we’ll work collaboratively toward the goals we establish at the start, I recognize that healing is not a linear process. As you grow, heal, or encounter new challenges, we will adapt and adjust your treatment to ensure it continues to meet your needs.
