Great to meet you!

I bring warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s unique story into the therapy room. I believe therapy works best when clients feel truly seen, understood, and accepted without judgment. My practice is guided by both clinical theory and intuition, allowing me to meet clients as whole people rather than a set of symptoms or problems to be “fixed.” I enjoy working with clients who are navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, identity exploration, stress, grief, and moments of feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin making sense of what you are carrying.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I am not typically a therapist who tells you what to do or gives quick answers. Instead, I believe you already carry wisdom within yourself, and therapy can help you access it more clearly. I believe there is no “wrong” way to be a person in the world. Rather than viewing mental health symptoms as your identity, I see them as meaningful signals — invitations to explore what may need attention, care, or change. Together, we can look at patterns, emotions, relationships, and life experiences with curiosity instead of shame. While I will always speak up around concerns related to safety, my role is not to direct your life. My role is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen trust in your own voice, and move toward choices and commitments that feel aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will want to understand what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping will feel different in your life. We will talk about what has been feeling difficult, what you have tried before, and what has or has not felt helpful. I will also walk you through what the therapy process can look like so you know what to expect. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, respected, and more grounded — with a sense that therapy can be a place where you do not have to perform, explain yourself perfectly, or have all the answers right away.
