Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring substance use concerns. My background includes outpatient and telehealth settings, where I collaborate closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to provide individualized, evidence-based care.

My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, informed, and empowered in their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, client-centered, and holistic. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and involved in their treatment. I work closely with each client to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, using thoughtful medication management when appropriate and incorporating psychoeducation and practical coping strategies.

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, trauma-related conditions, psychotic disorders, and co-occurring substance use disorders across the lifespan. I emphasize shared decision-making, ongoing monitoring, and collaboration with families and other providers to support long-term stability and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—your concerns, history, goals, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.

We’ll review symptoms, discuss how they affect your daily life, and explore treatment options together. If medication is appropriate, we’ll talk through the benefits, risks, and expectations so you can make an informed decision. Together, we’ll outline initial goals and a plan tailored to your needs, with an emphasis on collaboration, education, and ongoing support.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, informed, and confident about next steps in your care.
