Initial appointments are 60 minutes and followup appointments are typically 15-30 minutes depending on complexity of needs. Treatment plans may include traditional medication management, complementary medicine, brief behavioral and supportive therapy, insight oriented therapy, motivational interviewing (positive behavior change counseling) executive functioning coaching, mindfulness training, labwork to rule out organic causes of illness, advocacy, nutritional counseling, and care collaboration.
