Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over 20 years of professional counseling experience. My education includes: Certified Neurodivergent Affirming Therapist, Registered Art Therapist, Somatic Experiencing, NFT, and experiential/transformational approaches. I support counseling and coaching clients navigating relationship challenges, parenting, family dynamics, career stress, health concerns, overwhelm, and different forms of burnout.

Many of the people I work with have spent years feeling “different” in ways that were difficult to explain. You may feel like life has always seemed more intense, complicated, or exhausting than it appears to be for others. Perhaps you’ve been described as highly sensitive, deep-thinking, creative, intuitive, quirky, or “too much.” Whether you identify as neurodivergent or are simply beginning to explore these experiences, therapy or coaching can provide a space to better understand yourself with curiosity, clarity, and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, reflective, and conversational. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” who you are—it’s about understanding how you’re wired, supporting your nervous system, and creating a life that feels more sustainable and aligned with who you truly are. Together, we create space to slow down, make sense of your lived experience, and gently shift the internal narratives that no longer serve you.

My work integrates neurodivergent-affirming care, personalized nervous system support, sensory awareness, and trauma-informed approaches, including somatic and body-based practices. I also incorporate Values Based Living concepts to help clients build lives that feel more meaningful, authentic, and aligned.

What you can expect from me

In our first meeting you'll have time to share about your main reasons for seeking counseling. Together, we'll begin to explore your concerns at a pace that feels right to you. At the end of your first session we'll discuss approaches, next steps, and additional background for future sessions.
