Great to meet you!

Life has a way of leaving marks on us — and I've spent over 30 years helping people understand those marks, heal from them, and build something better on the other side.

My work has taken me into some of the most challenging spaces imaginable: elementary schools, detention centers, maximum-security prisons, psychiatric hospitals, and community-based settings. What I've learned from walking alongside people in those environments is that healing is possible anywhere — and that every person, no matter their background or story, deserves a therapist who genuinely sees them.

My approach to therapy

Trauma and PTSD are at the heart of what I do. Whether you're carrying something recent or something that's followed you for decades, I use evidence-based approaches — including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) — to help you process what happened and reclaim your sense of self. EMDR, in particular, works with how your brain stores painful memories, so we're not just talking about the past — we're actually changing how it lives in your body. For those also navigating substance use or emotional dysregulation alongside trauma, I understand how deeply those experiences are connected, and I bring 25 years of post-graduate experience working with exactly that complexity.

Beyond the clinical work, I'm a double-certified life coach — a Certified Professional Life Coach and a Master Certified Life Coach through the ICF — with a focus on spiritual discovery, growth, and transformational living. I also host the podcast IN-finite Light Zone (available on Spotify, Apple, Google, and other platforms — more episodes on the way, it's been a while!), and I speak as an inspiring motivational speaker, bringing these same themes of healing and transformation to audiences beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

I think of myself as a Change Agent. That means I'm not here to tell you who to be — I'm here to help you visualize who you want to be and build a real, practical path to get there. My approach is holistic and whole-person: your culture, your background, your full humanity all belong in the room with us. If you're ready to stop surviving and start living differently, I'd love to be part of that journey with you.
