Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who believes healing happens through clarity, compassion, and action. My approach is grounded in neuroscience, which means we do not just talk about your patterns. We learn how your brain created them and how to rewire them in real time.

You can expect a nonjudgmental space where your experience is truly seen and understood. I am warm, straightforward, and collaborative. We move at a pace that feels safe but also meaningful, with practical tools you can use outside of session to create real change in your daily life.

I work with teens, young adults, individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck in old loops such as anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, emotional overwhelm, and relationship patterns and are ready for something different. I help you understand your nervous system, build emotional regulation, and learn how to respond instead of react.

Most importantly, I am here to help you get unstuck and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and genuinely yours.

My approach to therapy

My work blends neuroscience, somatic awareness, and action oriented strategies. I integrate various evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive behavioral tools, emotion focused work, and nervous system education to help you understand why you feel the way you do and how to create lasting change.

Together, we will Identify the loops and patterns keeping you stuck Build awareness of emotional and physiological triggers Strengthen regulation and coping skills Shift behavioral patterns in real time Create internal and external boundaries Move toward a more grounded and aligned version of yourself

Sessions are collaborative, validating, and focused on giving you skills you can use immediately.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we slow things down and make space for your story. I ask about what brings you in, what you have been carrying, and what you want to feel different. We start identifying the patterns at play and explore how your nervous system has been trying to protect you even when it does not feel helpful.

We clarify your goals and outline a plan that fits your pace, your needs, and your lived experience. You leave with a better understanding of what is happening internally and at least one concrete tool or insight to support you between sessions.

You do not have to prepare anything. Just come as you are.
