Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a doctoral degree in behavioral health from Arizona State University, I’ve worked in mental health for 26 years providing therapy in both English and Spanish to clients with concerns like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and PTSD. My work with the military and the VA has given me extensive experience helping people heal from trauma.

My approach to therapy

My approach is open, flexible, and tailored to you. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, because every person’s story is different. I draw from a range of therapeutic styles, and my background in psychodynamic psychotherapy helps me get to the root of what you’re experiencing with care and insight.

What you can expect from me

I like to begin with an introductory session where you can share what’s been weighing on you and what you hope to get from therapy. We’ll work together in a warm, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and comfortable opening up. Together, we’ll build goals that feel meaningful so you don’t have to go through this alone.
