Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that I am here to listen without judgment and to support them in a way that respects their values, lived experiences, and goals. My approach is collaborative — I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all solution, and I strive to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs. I combine psychotherapy and medication management when appropriate, always explaining options clearly so clients can make informed decisions.

Clients should also know that I value honesty, empathy, and consistency in the therapeutic relationship. I’m committed to creating a safe, respectful space where they feel heard and empowered to work toward meaningful change at their own pace. I welcome questions, feedback, and ongoing dialogue throughout our work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, patient-centered, and collaborative. I believe that mental health treatment should address the whole person — not just symptoms, but also the emotional, social, physical, and environmental factors that affect well-being. I work closely with each client to understand their unique history, strengths, and goals, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel safe and heard.

I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with thoughtful medication management when appropriate, always ensuring that clients are fully informed and actively involved in their care decisions. Education, empowerment, and trust are central to my practice. I also believe in regular follow-up, open communication, and flexibility as treatment needs evolve over time.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and more empowered to take steps toward their mental health goals. My aim is to help clients gain insight into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while providing practical tools they can apply in everyday life. Whether we’re working on symptom management, medication support, or coping strategies, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where growth and healing can happen at the client’s pace.

Over time, clients often experience improved self-awareness, increased emotional resilience, and a greater sense of confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
