Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood concerns, stress, and life transitions. My approach is straightforward, supportive, and collaborative, and I want you to feel comfortable being yourself and talking openly without judgment. I’m especially passionate about supporting people navigating the intersection of mental health, relationships, identity, family expectations, culture, and religion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and centered around you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. I take time to understand your symptoms, daily life, relationships, and any cultural or family factors that may be affecting your mental health. Together, we’ll discuss treatment options, including medication when appropriate, so you understand the plan and feel comfortable with the decisions we make. I also incorporate supportive, CBT- and DBT-informed strategies to help with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, and mood symptoms.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we take time to understand what’s been going on and what they hope to get out of treatment. During the first session, we’ll talk through symptoms, history, current concerns, and anything in their daily life that may be affecting their mental health. From there, we’ll identify priorities and discuss treatment options together, with the goal of creating a plan that feels realistic, clear, and personalized to them.
