Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and Virginia. I have worked with a wide range of individuals from children, young adults, and with older adults in a variety of settings. I have experience working on psychiatric units, prisons, in homes, and in primary care settings. I have enjoyed learning and working all developmental stages that I incorporate in individual settings with my clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My primary approach to therapy is centered around the client and their needs. I include the foundations of cognitive behavioral therapy to address anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also incorporate a solution focused approach to situations that are not heavy as others.

What you can expect from our first session

My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable environment for my clients to process all of life's obstacles. Our life is composed of countless puzzle pieces. My role is to help you sort out those pieces so you can continue to create your beautiful puzzle.
