Great to meet you!

I believe healing happens best in spaces where you feel safe, understood, and never judged. I bring both curiosity and compassion to every session, and I genuinely love learning about the unique story that makes you you. I’m thoughtful, a little quirky in the best way, and always eager to grow... both as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and as a person. That means I stay open-minded, ask meaningful questions, and work collaboratively with you to find what truly fits your needs. You’re the expert on your life; I’m here to support you with knowledge, guidance, and encouragement.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I want you to know that you don’t have to figure it out alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I take time to understand the full picture... your symptoms, your story, your strengths, and your goals so we can create a plan that truly fits you.

As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide both medication management and therapeutic support within the same appointment when appropriate. I believe treatment works best when we can address both the biological and emotional aspects of what you’re experiencing. My goal is for you to feel informed, empowered, and comfortable with every decision we make together.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know you. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your history, your current symptoms, and what you’re hoping to feel or experience differently.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand the full picture, and we’ll begin discussing potential next steps which may include therapy, medication options, or both. Most importantly, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very start.
