Great to meet you!
Hey Y'all. First of all, I want you to know that taking the step to seek therapy is a big deal. Great job showing up for you! It's a significant act of self-care and personal growth, and finding a therapist who truly aligns with your needs is an essential first step.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, and my practice is grounded in both professional clinical training and meaningful life experience. Being a neurodivergent clinician who has personally navigated life-long challenges with anxiety, depression, and trauma allows me to bring an authentic, lived perspective to our work. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel deeply heard, valued, and empowered to navigate life's complexities. I provide all services via a secure teletherapy platform, allowing you to meet from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Throughout my career, I have developed a specialized focus in helping individuals navigate the following areas:
- Adult ADHD: Assisting individuals in understanding the nuances of their executive functioning, developing practical organizational strategies, and overcoming the emotional exhaustion or self-doubt that often accompanies adult ADHD.
- Anxiety: Partnering with clients to identify core triggers, deconstruct cycles of chronic worry, and build a personalized toolkit of mindfulness and grounding techniques to restore a sense of calm.
- Life Transitions: Providing steady guidance and emotional support during major shifts, such as career pivots, relationship changes, empty nesting, or reclaiming, or maybe finally finding, your identity during a new season of life.
