My background includes 6 years in mental health counseling working in both community mental health and private practice. I have a masters degree in Professional Counseling from Lesley University. My approach to therapy combines curiosity about the the client's history, strengths and weaknesses in relationships, and how they make meaning out of the experiences of their life. Some client's find great benefit from Internal Family Systems work.
