Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Idaho and Oregon; and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah, I am passionate about helping individuals find meaningful growth, healing, and balance in their lives. I started in the counseling profession after nearly 30 years of vocational clergy experience in a church setting. I graduated with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX in 2023. My counseling approach is rooted in empathy, attentive listening, and practical support—creating a space where you feel truly heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

I offer a compassionate, goal-focused approach that blends attentive listening with practical tools for growth. As a DBT-certified therapist and former addictions counselor, I tailor evidence-based methods to meet each client’s unique needs—helping you build resilience, find balance, and move toward lasting wellness.

What you can expect from me

If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing, I’d be honored to walk with you. Together, we can build practical skills, find hope in challenging places, and create meaningful change - one step at a time. You don’t have to do this alone; support and growth are possible, and your journey can start today.
