Great to meet you!

My goal is to help all of my clients find inner peace and happiness. I am a unique therapist that combines goal-setting, clinical experience, and an engaging treatment approach to achieve rapid change. My practice goes far beyond talk therapy, we do work. I have a diverse background, and by utilizing acute clinical insight and detailed assessment, we will together to ameliorate your current symptomology by resolving past issues of trauma and unrest from childhood, adolescent and young adulthood.

My approach to therapy

A skilled clinician will look to resolve the underlying problems. I utilize DBT as part of my treatment approach and we engage from the first minute we meet. My therapy is effective for nearly all non-organic mental health disorders. These disorders include but are not limited to: anxiety/depressive disorders, substance and alcohol abuse, personality disorders, Bipolar II, anger, gambling, food, sex and other addictions, hoarding, PTSD, panic disorder, co-dependency, etc.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to exceed their goals, learn...and laugh. Therapy is not meant to be a lifelong commitment. It should be brief, methodical and uncover the roots of why you are experiencing uncomfortable feelings or behaviors. There is a rhyme and reason to human emotion with 100% occurrence and an effective solution. You should not be in therapy for more than 6 months and struggling, and if you are, find a new therapist.
