Great to meet you!

As a licensed therapist, I have an innate desire to help people understand their inherent strengths, as well as their weaknesses, so that they can live more fulfilling lives. My expertise lies with client assessment, counseling and treatment planning, along with building strong therapeutic support, with particular focus on interpersonal and family dynamics. My other interests include building social and community networks and spending time with my dog, Ferguson.

My approach to therapy

As a licensed therapist, I have learned effective strategies in helping people cope with an array of personal and professional issues. In addition, I have mentored youth and adults with various intellectual disabilities in residential and employment settings, creating a supportive and nurturing environment.

What you can expect from me

I pride myself on providing a warm, accepting space where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, so that you gain a better understanding of self and purpose. From there, we’ll work together to make your goals a reality.
