Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I care deeply about helping people feel less alone in what they are carrying. I work with clients navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions, stress, and patterns that keep them feeling stuck. My style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. I try to create a space where you can be fully human, without judgement, while also working toward healing, clarity, and self-trust.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and rooted in helping clients better understand the patterns behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I use evidence-based strategies such as CBT, ERP-informed work for OCD/anxiety, mindfulness, emotional regulation skills, and trauma-informed care. I try to balance compassion with honesty, helping clients feel supported while also encouraging meaningful change. My goal is to help you build insight, confidence, and trust in your ability to move through difficult experiences.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, what you've been carrying, and what you hope will be different. I'll ask questions about your history, current stressors, strengths, and goals. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported as we begin building a plan that fits you.
